Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 4, 2026Last Updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the public KreweHub website at getkrewehub.com (the “Website”).
KreweHub is a product of Cornerstone Corporate Services, LLC (“Cornerstone,” “KreweHub,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about KreweHub, a digital platform designed to support membership-based, volunteer-driven and community organizations.
Website content may describe platform capabilities, potential applications, product features, implementation concepts and examples of how KreweHub may be used.
Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
3. No Customer Relationship Created by Website Use
Accessing the Website, contacting KreweHub or requesting a demonstration does not create a customer, consulting, partnership, agency or other contractual relationship with Cornerstone.
Organizations that purchase or implement KreweHub may be required to enter into a separate written agreement governing services, pricing, implementation, support, data processing and other commercial terms.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and an executed customer agreement, the executed customer agreement will govern the services covered by that agreement.
4. Demo Requests
You may use the Website to request a demonstration or additional information about KreweHub.
You agree that information submitted through Website forms will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading or abusive requests.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance as a customer, availability of any particular feature or service, pricing or implementation timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including the KreweHub name, branding, logos, graphics, product interfaces, screenshots, designs, text, software demonstrations and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Cornerstone Corporate Services, LLC unless otherwise indicated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KreweHub intellectual property to you.
You may view and use the Website for legitimate informational and business-evaluation purposes.
Unless authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, publish or commercially exploit Website content or represent KreweHub materials as your own.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to:
- Violate applicable law
- Submit fraudulent or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information
- Circumvent security or rate-limiting mechanisms
- Interfere with Website operation or availability
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Conduct automated scraping or extraction that materially interferes with Website operation
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the Website in a manner intended to harm Cornerstone, KreweHub, its customers or others
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems or other users.
7. Product Information and Availability
We work to provide useful and accurate information about KreweHub. However, the platform is continually developed and Website descriptions may change.
Screenshots, demonstrations, examples and descriptions may illustrate particular configurations or implementations. Features may differ based on customer requirements, configuration, subscription or future product development.
Website content does not constitute a guarantee that a particular feature, integration, configuration or service will be available to every customer.
Specific commitments should be documented in the applicable customer agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
KreweHub or the Website may reference, integrate with or link to third-party products and services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability requirements and fees.
Cornerstone is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the Website is handled as described in the KreweHub Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference as it relates to use of the Website.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Cornerstone does not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, or that all Website information will remain current at all times.
Nothing on the public Website constitutes legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice.
Specific warranties relating to purchased KreweHub services, if any, will be governed by the applicable customer agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cornerstone Corporate Services, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the public Website.
To the extent liability arising solely from use of the public Website cannot lawfully be excluded, Cornerstone's aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount, if any, you paid specifically for access to the public Website during the twelve months preceding the claim or $100.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Corporate Services, LLC from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms or content you knowingly submit through the Website in violation of another person's rights.
13. Changes to the Website and Terms
We may modify Website content, features or availability from time to time.
We may also update these Terms. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the Website following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute relating solely to use of the public Website is not subject to another binding agreement between the parties, the parties agree that legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. No Waiver
Failure by Cornerstone to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that or another provision later.
17. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Cornerstone regarding use of the public Website, except where another written agreement between the parties expressly governs a particular matter.
These Terms do not replace or modify a separately executed KreweHub customer or service agreement.
